Accessibility
Every family should be able to find a class, book it and join in. Here’s what we do, and how to tell us when something isn’t working for you.
Our website and booking
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:
- Everything, including booking and paying, works with a keyboard and with screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
- Text and buttons have strong colour contrast, and pages still work when you zoom to 200%.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, our animations calm down or switch off.
- Forms tell you clearly what’s missing, and booking errors explain what to do next.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
Payments happen on Stripe’s secure checkout page, which Stripe designs to be accessible.
At class
Our classes are relaxed: children can watch, move, rest or step out at any time. If you, your child or another grown-up has access needs — mobility, hearing, vision, sensory or anything else — let us know when you book or before your first class. We’ll share the venue’s access details and talk through what would help.
Something not working?
If any part of the website or booking is hard to use, please tell us — we’ll help you book another way and fix the problem. Email hello@cuddleandsing.com.au or use our contact form.
